Greetings, Fellow Duplexers: I’m sending out my periodic reminder about your storage areas in the CH basement. Please make sure you keep your items only on your shelving unit and try to keep items out of the walkways. A periodic review of stuff stored is always a good idea. Anything that you no longer use or want may be happy to be used by someone else. If Billy or I can help you with that we can—we are both on the local Buy Nothing Facebook page and people have always wanted everything I have ever offered there. Last year we put a light in the back area (back by the ladders) because it was so dark back there. It is not motion activated, so if you use it, please remember to turn it off when you are done. We hope to install a “new” bike rack I got on Buy Nothing sometime in 2026. The new rack should make it easier to use and store bikes. We can also help find new homes for bikes too if you are ready. I had this drawing ready to send out in Sept. but forgot about it. Attached is the current user map. I’ll post a copy down on the basement doors as well.
